  • In May 2026, the average residence sold for $1,630,822
  • The average single-family home sold for $2,004,502
  • Whereas the average attached home sold for $1,369,156

The latest report from the Altitude Realtors Report states that there are currently 1,379 attached and detached homes available in the entire Summit county area. Pushing a 3.6% increase from May 2025 and a 28.2% increase from last month.

Summer is here, and Summit county saw 472 new homes hit the market—a slight dip from last month. The average days on market in the Summit area is experiencing a 1.4% decrease from last year, which is a great sign of a return to busy summers.
