Going above and beyond! Putting up the house in this weird market really had me worried. But Natalie went above and beyond to help put me in a good position to get the house ready and on the market. She handled all the details, such as furniture staging, helping me concentrate on the things I needed to do. She understood the market, got me to a good fair asking price and went out of their way to make sure I got in front of as many buyers as possible, doing multiple open houses, among other things. Also, she helped me with things like pulling weeds that popped up, watering plants, keeping the home clean, etc. This really helped in keeping the home looking good while it was on the market. While other homes nearby have stayed on the market, our house sold relatively quickly. And I contribute that to her help, knowledge and expertise.

We were looking to move to Colorado in 2024. We decided to get a head start at looking in 2022. That’s when my friend gave me the recommendation to reach out to Kristina and we were so glad we did! She spent time on the phone with us prior to our visit and let us know everything we needed to do prior to the visit to be set up in the best position for purchasing. She knew we had a love for downtown but at the same time showed us a few other areas she wanted us to be open to. Keep in mind that even though we weren’t planning to move for the next couple of years she still spent the entire weekend showing us ALL the Denver areas. Buying a house was never crossing our minds as the market went crazy frenzy last year. Especially for us the first time home buyers. But then we talked to Arnold and he said it can be done. So he guided us from zero to find a lender to finally buying our dream house. I'm not saying that it was a silky smooth path that we've been through, but that's what we like from Arnold, that he didn't give up but always try to find another way out that fits our condition. Not only that, he helped us with bargaining (for several times!), even negotiate with the house inspector. So, if you ever think about buying a house instead of keep renting (and losing your money), but you think that your condition + the situation right now is impossible, just try at least talk to him. I'm pretty sure he'll say "It Can Be Done!".

Arnold was very good to work with. Our initial meeting entailed of an overview of the entire process (buying and selling) , a current market overview, then a Q/A session so he could customize our home search. My wife and I were immediately impressed and we decided to work with him and his team. We sold and bought through Arnold. The selling portion was very simple for us. He arranged very professional staging and photos and it was a quick success. We sold for much more over asking price. Arnold protected us by insisting that we demand a 60 day rent back in order to give us time to sell. I trusted Arnold to work through all the details. In terms of buying, Arnold's team was always responsive and ready to show us a home when we wanted. We saw roughly 10 homes before getting under contract. Arnold managed all the details and it was painless for us. No review is trustworthy without constructive criticism as well. Arnold was working hard behind the scenes but we did not always know that. Sometimes a few days would pass and we would be wondering on the state of certain things. I know Arnold did not want to bog us down into details that we didn't really need to know, but for my personality type I would have preferred more details. Overall working with Arnold was a great experience, I would highly recommend him and if we are ever in the housing market again I will gladly work with him.

Jenny is awesome. Prior to relocating to the area, she would send us homes in the areas that we wanted to research. This research allowed us to narrow down the area we wanted to live in prior to relocating. We saw a house at 5:00 a.m. one morning online and sent her a text. She responded at shortly and had a showing scheduled an hour later. We loved the house and she helped us put in an attractive offer immediately. She tracked the offer throughout the day with the sellers agent. She kept us informed and in the game with the sellers agent and got us a winning counter less than 9 hours later. Her negotiating skills were spot on. The house is the home of our dreams. Jenny is a first class professional that is so nice and easy to work with and I highly recommend her. Sean did an amazing job of listing my house at with an aggressive asking price. He completely set me up for success with getting the house ready for pictures and scheduling between 20-30 showings in the very first weekend it was on the market. We received an offer well above asking price 2 days after the house was listed. Through the inspection resolution process, Sean fought to get me as much money as possible and even helped with resolving the inspection objections. Because of his efforts, the house closed on time and very little had to be given through the inspection objection process, thus maximizing my return! In addition to all of this, he was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process (even on the days where I called him a million times to figure out problems with the house). I would 100% recommend him for any and all real estate matters. His knowledge and hard work are unmatched and it would be a good idea for anyone to give him a call.

Jason Tanabe is a great broker. I started working with him long distance from another state. He showed me properties virtually and was also willing to meet with my family members in town to show me properties. I called Jason at all hours and on weekends and evenings. Sean McCulloch, from Usaj Realty, was amazing in a resent real estate purchase that he represent my wife and I in. The property had some unique challenges and Sean went above and beyond the call of any real estate agent needed to do. He made calls on our behave to the state and other entities to double and triple check on various issues some of which included easements, water rights, state/county restrictions and regulations. Sean was an invaluable resource and was very responsive to our questions and concerns. I feel Sean represented us very well and negotiated well with a difficult seller.
