Months after the initial founding of the company, Usaj Realty’s business model became ingrained with a serious commitment to contributing to the greater community. As a company, Usaj Realty staff and brokers come together to build homes, volunteer on committees, and host quarterly fundraisers. Usaj Realty’s fundraisers raise money for Habitat for Humanity and other nonprofits that focus on community improvement. Having partnered with not only Habitat for Humanity but also with the Downtown Denver Partnership, Usaj Realty started intentional and organized efforts in 2011 to assist those who need affordable housing and also focus on changing city policy in regard to affordable housing.
