Where are you from in Colorado and what brought you to Denver?
My family’s roots in Colorado run deep. As a 4th generation native to Boulder, Colorado the short move to Denver was an easy decision.
What do you enjoy most about living in Denver?
The sunshine, the mountains, and the people!
Have you had other careers before becoming a real estate broker?
I was an interior designer at KB Home Design Studio. –
How did you become interested in real estate?
My degree in interior design made me want more! Why just design homes when you can help sell and design them?
What can a home buyer or seller expect when they work with you?
My expertise spans many of the neighborhoods in the Denver/Boulder area. I have great communication skills and a clear plan from contract to close. As a Realtor for life, I am always here for you even after the closing. Plan on my being ready to assist you with all future real estate and design needs.

Sitting in the sun with my hubby and puppy at my favorite Colorado breweries/wineries tucked away in the mountains after a long day of skiing/hiking.

Astronaut Neil Armstrong and my Grandma.
What is one new hobby you are taking more time with?
I’m enjoying getting back into reading!
Describe your perfect weekend.
A Saturday ski day with bluebird skies, tailgate with friends at the bottom and then heading home for a hot tub session with my hubby sounds like the golden ticket. A close second would be Sunday brunch to catch up with friends or family, and an at-home date night making dinner together with some wine and a fire!
What book(s) (or podcasts) have you read recently that you’d recommend?
The NINJA selling podcast!
What is your favorite area in the Denver Metro?
I love the west side of I-25! Arvada, Golden, Lakewood and Morrison are all terrific places to live.
Any hobbies or pursuits that you’d like to share?
I love crafts, gardening, cooking and throwing parties/events!
What’s the most memorable place you’ve visited?
Huntington Beach, California, without a doubt. I lived three blocks off the beach, and Huntington Beach downtown was amazing. It was my first time ever living outside of Colorado and I moved out there all by myself.
What’s something you’d like to learn?
I want to get more into reading, especially self improvement books!
What’s your favorite season?
I am definitely a summer person – 100 percent!

Kristin Boritzke! And my other girlfriends and my mom when we get silly!
