The latest report from the Vail Board of Realtors (VBR) states that there are currently 511 attached and detached homes available in the entire Vail area. Pushing a 3.9% increase from the previous year in available properties. Detached active listings decreased by 0.4%, while the attached listings saw a 8.7% bump— pair that with the drop in median sales prices for both, we are seeing less of a frenzy and more of a calm approach to buying and selling.

New listings decreased by 10.1% as the market balances out. The median sales price is $1,555,000 this past month.
