Chop Shop lives by their creed of treading lightly on the planet. Bamboo plates and reclaimed wood and glass are used wherever possible; even the beer kegs are reloadable! This is an environmentally savvy shop around.

Recently expanded, Neighbors Park Hill is a popular area gathering spot to sip, nibble and relax with friends. An extensive wine list, as well as a healthy beer menu of both foreign and domestic offerings, are sure to please. While not extensive by some standards, the menu is purposefully concise to allow the chefs to focus on perfecting the items which are offered. A dinner portion of their classic Pad Thai is a healthy $9.99.
