Wynkoop Mercantile Lofts
1792 Wynkoop Street Denver, Co 80202Serving as a wholesale grocery business in the late 1800s, the Wynkoop Mercantile Lofts were developed by John Hickenlooper in 1993. Just northeast of Union Station, the lofts went through an original renovation in 1988. The building is comprised of 62,000 square feet which is made up of the Wynkoop Brewing Company and 15 lofts.
