Ice House Lofts
1801 Wynkoop Street Denver, CO 80202The Historic Ice House Lofts were built in 1998 and is centrally located right next door to the beautifully renovated Union Station and shops. The building, originally constructed in 1903, served as the Littleton Creamery and Beatrice Foods Cold Storage Warehouse fortifying residents of Denver with blocks of ice. The building has 8 penthouse lofts. It was added to the National Historic Register in 1985.
