1801 Wynkoop Street Denver, CO 80202Welcome to Ice House Lofts
A Glimpse to our History
Rich in historic charm, Ice House Lofts stands tall as one of the remarkable structures from the turn of the 20th century. Originally constructed in 1903, this edifice was once home to Littleton Creamery and Beatrice Foods Cold Storage Warehouse, supplying blocks of ice that fortified the residents of Denver. Its distinctive Renaissance-style architecture and extraordinary masonry design marked its entry into the National Historic Register in 1985, becoming one of the tallest historical buildings in the vibrant Lower Downtown (LoDo) district.
Our Lofts: Where History Meets Modernity
Designed with a blend of historic charm and modern comfort, our lofts feature the true essence of warehouse-style living. Each of our eight penthouse lofts provide large open spaces, beautifully complemented with original wood floors, and an abundance of exposed brick and concrete. This not only presents an aesthetic appeal but also ensures a unique living experience in the heart of Denver.
