The Hardware Block is made up of three buildings and historically served as warehouses. It maintains a late 20th century charm through exposed beams, red brick, and cornice detailing on the exterior. Originally built in 1892, the units are very rarely seen on the market. The historic building, rehabbed in 2001 by Charles Woolley, were named so due to their heritage of being showrooms and warehouses to mining and farming equipment, and hardware supply companies.
