Flour Mill Lofts

The iconic Flour Mill Lofts is a historically recognized landmark and was originally built in 1920 to store and process Colorado’s bumper wheat crops. The building served as a flour mill for four decades before it was abandoned. In 1998 it was converted into 17 lofts. In 2000, 30 more lofts were added to the building for a total of 47 homes. Located directly on Cuernavaca Park, residents enjoy unobstructed mountain views.
