Acme Lofts

1616 14th Street Denver, CO 80202

Located in a historic Denver building, the Acme Lofts sits on the calmer side of LoDo and features warehouse style lofts, some with 14-foor ceilings. Originally constructed in 1909, the building was home to Brecht Chocolate and Candies and then became Acme Upholstery Company in the 1950s. In 1992, the building was converted into residential space and what is today known as the Acme Lofts. The conversion of the lofts aided in the revitalization of LoDo. Quaint historic aspects of the building still exist today such as the heavy timber beams, original brick walls, hardwood and fireplaces. Centrally located on Wazee and 14th, residents here enjoy the easy access to the best of LoDo. Restaurants, sports venues and shopping is all just a short walk away. Step just outside your door to the Cherry Creek bike path!
