16 Market Square is a mixed used building in the Lower Downtown Neighborhood (LoDo) of Denver. The top two floors of 7 and 8 are residential units while the rest of the building is office with ground floor retail. The 23 Penthouse Condominiums were all individually designed pre construction. At the time when 16 Market Square was built in 2001, the condominiums commanded the highest price per square foot in all of LoDo. The building was designed to fit in perfectly with the surrounding historic buildings of Lower Downtown.
