The Aurora Museum Foundations’ annual “Festival of Wreaths” features wreaths generously sponsored and decorated by local businesses, organizations and individuals. Wreaths are sold through an online auction. This year’s proceeds will provide assistance to the Aurora History Museum and Historic Sites. These funds will help ensure the continuation of exhibits, programs and preservation efforts that have been effected by COVID-19.

Castle Rock Starlighting Ceremony | Nov. 21 | Castle Rock
Due to the global pandemic of COVID-19, Starlighting will look different this year.
We will be hosting three viewing locations: Castle Rock Adventist Hospital, Douglas County Fairgrounds and the Amphitheater at Philip S. Miller Park. The ceremony will also be live streamed on the Town’s Facebook page (@CRgov).
Each location will be open from 2 to 6 p.m. and feature viewing of the ceremony emceed by Gary Shapiro & Corey Rose (9News), live/strolling entertainment, food trucks, non-profit vendor booths, and hot chocolate/beverages. The ceremony will begin at 5 p.m., with the lighting of The Star at approximately 5:30 p.m., followed by fireworks. Although it is free to attend, you must preregister to attend one of the onsite viewing event locations. Online Registration Opens November 4th, first come, first serve.
