Quite literally forming a triangle and home to one of Denver’s most vibrant cultural districts, the Golden Triangle in Denver has become a popular choice for homeowners looking for a true urban experience.
Chock-full of creative, cultural, musical and other thought-provoking opportunities, this urban oasis offers the perfect location for people seeking easy access to the arts, award-winning restaurants and proximity to transportation routes.
Wedged between Speer Blvd. and Lincoln Street, and south of Colfax, the Golden Triangle is a vibrant neighborhood, home to mid- to high-density development. There are some single-family homes interspersed in the area but the majority of homes are new and luxury condos and lofts. Regardless, this neighborhood has a rich architectural history and lays claim to two of the oldest residences in Denver on Delaware Street.
In addition, this area has many government buildings, office buildings and hotels that add to the mixed-use urban vibe of the Golden Triangle.
Anchoring the Golden Triangle is the Denver Art Museum and the adjacent, eclectic Art Hotel. This magnificent art museum has been elevated over the last decade with an infusion of money, generating new spaces and world-class exhibits.

Purchased by the City Street Investors in 2019, the Evans School is a historic structure at 12th Avenue and Bannock. With over 46,000 square feet of space, the developers are envisioning bringing retail, food and beverage options to the facility as well as gathering areas for the public. Hoping to add character and personality to the neighborhood, they hope the Evans School becomes another mooring for the community.
Hundreds of apartments will soon be coming to the neighborhood as well as both Lennar Multifamily Communities and Mill Creek Residentials have plans for large apartment complexes. These projects will add another much needed housing option to the area.
