I got licensed in 2022, but have been around the business my entire life. My grandmother is still a licensed realtor (at 87) and was the first female salesperson for Pulte Homes in Denver. My grandmother and mom owned a business called TempSmart, where they would staff model homes for developments when the salespeople were on vacation, sick, etc. My grandmother on my father’s side owned an interior design business called Et Cetera, my stepmom worked for ReMax as a graphic designer and then became an interior designer. I say all of this to emphasize my family ties to this industry and where I’ve landed after a decade in a different field.

I’m a 3rd generation Coloradan, originally from Centennial CO. I’ve lived in many Denver neighborhoods (Holly Hills, Cheesman Park, Lowry, and Larkspur, CO). I have my business bachelors in marketing and art minor from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, where I graduated in 2012. I bought my first townhouse in 2017 in Lakewood, CO and now have it as a rental. Live with my partner Phil in Wheat Ridge. We bought our house in April 2020 and put the offer in without seeing the inside… we love it so much. Read more on Allie’s website.
