  • In March 2025, the average residence sold for  $2,521,917

  • The average single-family home sold for $3,549,087

  • Whereas the average attached home sold for $2,039,776

The latest report from the Vail Board of Realtors (VBR) states that there are currently 467 attached and detached homes available in the entire Vail area. Pushing a 5.83% increase from last month in available properties; whereas the numbers are up by 23.5% from March 2024.

Meanwhile, affordability drops by 22.6% as home prices steadily increase in the area. The median sales price is $1,675,000 this past month, a 20.7% increase from 2024.  

Spring is in the air, and it shows with the uptick of new listings hitting the market. In the last month, 144 new homes hit the market, a 53 home increase. The average days on market in the Vail area is experiencing a 16.3% decrease from last month, showing a steady increase in competition and interest.
