Listing Prices are down 4.25% Percent from Last Year

  • In March 2026, the average residence sold for  $1,108,125
  • The average single-family home sold for $$1,500,000
  • Whereas the average attached home sold for $716,250

The Bottom Line

The latest report from the Altitude Realtors Report states that there are currently 980 attached and detached homes available in the entire Summit county area. Pushing a 6.4% increase from March 2025.

Despite the cold snap, Summit county had 276 new homes hit the market—83 more than last month. The average days on market in the Summit area is experiencing a 14.38% increase from last year, which we have expected with the geopolitical events and shifting market, not to mention the weather.
