Listing Prices are down 3.51% Percent from Last Year

  • In February 2026, the average residence sold for  $1,471,808
  • The average single-family home sold for $$1,813,575
  • Whereas the average attached home sold for $1,130,041

The latest report from the Altitude Realtors Report states that there are currently 911 attached and detached homes available in the entire Summit county area. Pushing a 8.32% increase from February 2025.

In the spirit of the early spring hints, Summit county had 193 new homes hit the market, six more than last month. The average days on market in the Summit area is experiencing a 47.85% increase from last year, which we have expected with the geopolitical events and shifting market.
