Chartered as a suburb of Denver since 1945, Cherry Hills Village remains one of the city’s most affluent communities in the metro area. Large, stately mid-century mansions are interspersed with new builds and updated ranch style homes. The area’s zoning laws prevent extensive commercial development which allows for a safe, calm, family-friendly atmosphere with excellent local schools and miles of established trail systems. Cherry Hills Village Elementary

Located near the centrally-located Cherryridge neighborhood, Cherry Hills Village Elementary is a public school in the Cherry Creek School District.
