Denver Rescue Mission
Speaking of the drive to give back this season, Usaj Realty has partnered once again with the Denver Rescue Mission’s Annual Turkey Drive. As a real estate company, we are committed to not only providing quality housing options, but also giving back to our local community.
This drive is one of the ways we strive to achieve this goal, and any donation made has a significant impact. The link below will take you to our company team page, where all proceeds go to DRM’s Fundraiser. With a goal of $15,000 donated, anything helps. If you’re unable to donate money, they also have opportunities to donate food items to their drop of locations.
Project Angel Heart
Project Angel Heart is an organization that allows volunteers to make and deliver thousands of meals a week. These meals make a significant impact on Coloradans with severe illnesses.
Whether you’re able to volunteer as an individual, in a group, through one of their special events, or through a state service requirement; all volunteers make a huge difference. If the holiday season is a tad too busy, this opportunity is available year round!
Girls Inc. of Metro Denver
Whether you’re interested in becoming a program, mission, or a project and group volunteer, Girls Inc. of Metro Denver could use your help!
At Girls Inc. of Metro Denver (GIMD) we believe that all girls have incredible potential. GIMD provides girls with trusting, mentoring relationships; a girls-only environment, and research-based, hands-on programming.
All volunteer opportunities are to ensure that girls have the skills, knowledge, and support to navigate barriers and grow into healthy, educated and independent adults.
Habitat for Humanity
Additionally, this household name is often recognized but not fully understood. Habitat for Humanity builds affordable homeownership opportunities for local families. There’s no prior experience needed, they’ll show you what to do! There are multiple opportunities for volunteering:
