The median sales price is $576,584 this past month, a little over a 2% increase from 2023. Leaving February 2023 at the slightly lower median price of $563,000.
There are 4,243 new homes hitting the market this Spring season, showing a slight bump from the 500 less this time last year: 3,778. The average days on market the Denver Metro area is experiencing is at a low -2.08%.
