Now that we are officially in the summer season, there are two things that excite us here in Denver. One, we can all start wearing white, and two, it’s time for the pools to open.
When my wife and I were looking for a condo to buy, one of our requirements was that the condo building had to have a pool. We looked at buildings all around Denver that had rooftop pools and here are some of the best.
Best Condos in Denver with a Rooftop Pool
The Barclay Towers Pool sits on top of this high rise in downtown Denver on the sun deck. The views from this rooftop pool deck are unbelievable. You can look out from all directions to see the entire city.
The Beauvallon’s rooftop pool area is between the two towers on the 5th floor and is surrounded by English gardens. Residents can enjoy the sun throughout the entire day while having access to sitting and gathering areas to enjoy a nice book or good company.
The Brooks Tower pool deck is located on the 3rd floor on the south side of the building. The pool gets adequate sun and has a large picnicking area for all its residents and guests.

Homeowners of the Four Seasons Private Residences have access to a peaceful oasis in the city. The pool deck has a spa like feel and provides a place where you can get away from it all. The Four Seasons pool is the scene for many events throughout the summer that benefit different charities.
The Glass House in Denver has one of the largest pools on the list, having a length of 17 meters. There are two BBQ grills and a gas fire pit. The pool deck sits on the 8th floor between the north and south towers, and offers an amazing city view. The only downside of the Glass House pool deck is that it loses the sun around 3 p.m. Make sure you get your pool chairs early!
Completed last year, Lakehouse boasts a beautiful outdoor area that features a pool area and a hot tub. Homeowners and guests are able to enjoy their pool time while overlooking nearby Sloans Lake.
The pool at Larimer Place sits amongst the skyscrapers in downtown Denver. The pool deck is enormous with plenty of room to lay out. Next to the pool deck is a tennis court which encourages residents to fit in that bathing suit!
One Lincoln Park boasts an amazing pool area on the south side of the building on the amenity level. The pool has great views of the city and makes it easy to entertain friends and family. With the outdoor grilling and sitting areas that include a fireplace, One Lincoln Park pool is a great place to spend the summer.
The Pinnacle Condos on City Park and have a fantastic pool that sits above it all. Homeowners have access to BBQ grills and sitting areas as well as some incredible western views of the city and mountains.
While the Ritz doesn’t have a rooftop pool, residents have access to the amenities at TruFit athletic club. Here you have access to a lap pool as well as a hot tub and sauna.
The Spire in Denver has a very lively pool crowd. The weekends are usually packed in the summertime with sun worshipers and fun seekers. Sitting on the 9th floor, the outdoor pool and hot tub area give residents a feeling of being above it all. The Spire pool area is quite the social scene with areas to grill and mingle with friends and family.

The Taxi Lofts pool area is built out of shipping containers and is one of the smallest pools on our list. The pool hosts many parties throughout the summer. Taxi provides its residents and office workers in the community a way to cool off when it gets hot!
The Coloradan pool deck is nothing short of amazing. Rising out of LoDo, the pool area sits on top of the building with both city and mountain views, and southern sun. Being able to look down upon Union Station is sure to keep this pool deck packed in the summer.
The Windsor located in downtown Denver, has an enclosed pool located near the fitness center and outdoor areas on the rooftop. Residents can enjoy a dip in the pool after they play a game of tennis or take a nice jog around the outdoor track.
The Watermark, located outside of downtown in the Baker neighborhood, has one of the nicest pools. The infinity pool overlooks the neighborhood to the west with unobstructed views of the Front Range. Residents do not have to worry that their views will be blocked by development, thanks to the Baker Historic Neighborhood Association and zoning restrictions.
The Laurel, located at 155 Steele in Cherry Creek North, offers a rooftop saltwater pool atop the new 12-story luxury condo development. In addition to the pool, enjoy the deck surroundings that features plenty of seating, a wood-fired pizza oven, outdoor grills and fire pit.
