Barth Hotel, Usaj Realty Enjoy Community Outreach
The Usaj Realty team and residents of the historic Barth Hotel recently enjoyed a morning of camaraderie, playing Bingo and Wheel of Fortune, and making crafts as part of the boutique real estate company’s continuing community outreach. Led by Usaj Realty founders Jenny and Anton Usaj, the employees interacted with the occupants of this downtown assisted living residence which provides support and assistance to seniors and older adults with disabilities.
Established in 2011, Usaj Realty is a boutique real estate company that is active in giving back to the Denver community and routinely has fundraisers for Habitat for Humanity, a nonprofit organization that brings people together to build homes, communities and hope. In addition to Habitat for Humanity, employees of Usaj Realty regularly volunteer their time for a variety of non-profits in Denver.
At the Barth Hotel, Usaj Realty was helped out by Carrie Lile, owner of Board and Brush, who contributed supplies and instruction for a craft project. Board and Brush is a craft, DIY wood sign company that offers classes and guidance on creating professional looking art for your home. Using blocks of wood, the Barth Hotel residents created fun replicas of the Colorado state flag using paint and stencils.
