Pushing a 22.53% increase from last month in available properties; whereas the numbers are up by 71.16% from April 2024.
Meanwhile, affordability remains in the same range we’ve been seeing over the last year. The median sales price is $722,790 this past month, a 0.70% decrease from 2024.
Summer is just around the corner, and it shows with the uptick of new listings hitting the market. In the last month, 7,062 new homes hit the market, a 687 increase. The average days on market in the Denver Metro area is experiencing a 21.28% decrease from last month, showing a steady increase in competition and interest.
