The latest report from the Altitude Realtors Report states that there are currently 198 attached and detached homes available in the entire Summit county area. Pushing a 12.5% increase from April 2024.

Meanwhile, affordability drops as home prices steadily increase in the area. The median sales price is $1,905,942 this past month, a 5.2% increase from 2024.  

Spring is in the air, and it shows with the uptick of new listings hitting the market. In the last month, 198 new homes hit the market. The average days on market in the Summit area is experiencing a 127% increase from last month.
