Park Hill 4th of July Parade

This is one of the main events happening each year in this historic neighborhood, and it even has its own countdown clock on the website dedicated to the event. This event promises a memorable time for the residents of this diverse community, giving them a chance to come together and celebrate Independence Day.

The parade runs one mile down east 23rd St., and has more than 50 groups represented, including the usual parade fixtures: floats, costumed characters, classic cars, marching bands, and, of course, candy. The after parade street fair is where the fun really begins with music, food, drinks, kid activities, and neighborhood mingling.
