Keegan Sheard attended California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, CA. He played on the collegiate golf team and continues to be an avid golfer. Keegan studied business and became fascinated with real estate sales and development during this time. He moved back to Colorado after college and obtained his real estate license in 2019. Keegan has helped several clients buy and sell properties in the Denver area and surrounding communities. Whether finding the perfect home for his clients or working with developers to promote their sales, Keegan stays up with the latest market trends. Being raised in a family owned business has given Keegan an understanding that hard work and an ambitious approach will lead to success. When not closing deals or scouting for the perfect properties for clients, Keegan loves to travel, especially to warm destinations, engage in rounds of golf with friends, and indulge in coffee + restaurants.
