Realtor®Meet Kate Lay! Kate is a Midwest girl born and raised in a small rural community from central Illinois. She knew in her heart there was more to see, experience, and a chance for growth so she packed my bags for Colorado State University in 1991. This was the best decision of her life!
After school, she moved to Denver and dove into a successful career in medical device sales for the next 18 years. She helped flatliners have a beating heart. After 25 years in Denver, she took a leap of faith, and moved up to Summit County. It was time to leave the flatliners behind and work with beating hearts. She arrived in Summit County just in time for the Covid-19 pandemic, so she got her real estate license in 2020. With her experience in sales and working with people, it felt like the right fit. She has been doing real estate in Summit and Park County for the past 4 years.
Her goal is to help you find your dream home in Summit County. She will make the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible. When she’s not closing deals, you can find her hiking, biking, skiing, running, golfing, gardening etc. She loves being in the outdoors. There is something for everyone in Colorado. Come join us!
