Gavin Kelly

Since 2018, Gavin Kelly has been one of the more active agents in the Denver metro, with direct involvement in over 600 real estate transactions across both sales and leasing. His clients will tell you the number isn't the point. The experience behind it is.

Gavin was a Division I scholar-athlete, and that background shows up in how he approaches every transaction: preparation, follow-through, and a genuine investment in the outcome. He believes there's something worth learning from everyone he works with, and that perspective has made him a better agent every year he's been in the business.

He met his wife Linda at Corridor 44 on Larimer Square. She's originally from Italy, which means Italian dinners are taken seriously in the Kelly house. They have two daughters who are already negotiating a four-dog household: a Dalmatian, a Golden Retriever, a Bernese Mountain Dog, and a Husky, in that order. The stuffed animals are keeping the spot warm. When the family isn't at the Zoo or Elitch's, you'll find them biking or exploring a new neighborhood spot. Gavin skis, travels, and genuinely enjoys meeting new people, which, in this business, is a pretty good trait to have.
