Eric Goodman isn't just a Realtor in the Denver Metro, he's a neighbor. Since planting roots in Arvada in 2016, Eric has become a genuine advocate for the communities he calls home, helping buyers and sellers navigate one of Colorado's most dynamic real estate markets with confidence and care.

Eric's path to real estate is anything but conventional. He has over a decade of management experience, showing a unique ability to multitask and delegate in order to focus on what truly matters: you. Eric went back to school after the birth of his first child and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism at ASU.

Eric’s other experiences - a decade behind the bar, years in sales and a background that spans snowboard instruction to junior olympic baseball shaped something you can't teach - the ability to truly connect with people. He listens, he communicates, and he shows up. His friends call him dynamic, responsive, and warm; his clients say the same.

Eric lives in Arvada with his partner Stella and their three kids. When he's not helping clients, you'll find him hiking, fishing or snowboarding with his family. If he’s not outside, he’s reading a great book.
