She transitioned into real estate thanks to her upbringing in a family of agents, gaining invaluable experience early on as she assisted her parents with marketing and mailers. With a diverse background that encompasses construction, underwriting, mortgage services, insurance, and design, Courtney offers a comprehensive approach to each transaction, ensuring that her clients' real estate dreams are realized.
Raised in Kansas City, she embraced the friendly Midwest culture before moving to the stunning Rocky Mountains of Colorado. As a Pricing Strategy Specialist, Courtney expertly guides clients through the intricacies of buying, selling, or investing in real estate. Her hands-on renovation experience has honed her ability to spot potential in properties while her design expertise allows her to help clients visualize and achieve their ideal transformations. Beyond her professional life, Courtney is passionate about community involvement, serving as a keynote speaker for Bridge of Hope Denver, which supports moms experiencing homelessness. She is also an avid volunteer with Habitat for Humanity and openly shares her journey as a domestic violence survivor to empower other women. When not working, Courtney enjoys paddle boarding, hiking, and spending quality time with her two children and rescue cats, Smeagal and Buddy.
