Carol Loiselle is an associate real estate agent with Usaj Realty. Retired from healthcare in 2024 she joins forces with her daughter to serve Denver Metro buyers and sellers with depth of care and attention to detail that is simply rare in this industry.

Carol was raised in Oregon's Willamette Valley, an agricultural region defined by precision, patience, and pride. It is the kind of place that teaches you the measures of true wealth; well cultivated character and strong work ethic. These values propelled Carol from a Bachelor of Science at Linfield University in Oregon, to a Masters of Science with honors, at Regis University in Denver, and through a career spanning more than three decades in Intensive Care; as a dual board certified Nurse Practitioner.

Carol’s perspective is uniquely encompassing. Beyond degrees in allopathic medical science, she is certificated as an ayurveda health counselor and ayurvedic yoga teacher. And a talent for design has informed her success in multiple Denver property remodels. She understands that health and home are important foundations of a life well-lived. She aims to assist clients to find not just a property, but the place where they can genuinely thrive.
Carol is grateful for her two accomplished adult children, two grandsons, and the support of her practice at Zen Center of Denver and volunteer role at Denver Botanic Gardens.
