Denver neighborhoods just got a bit more interesting.

Using data based metrics, Land Title recently released the Top 5 Denver Neighborhoods for detached and attached properties as well as the Top 5 Trending Neighborhoods. Researching 2020 home sales across every neighborhood in the Denver metro area, Land Title compiled a list of some of the most successful and popular areas in which to buy and sell homes.

Using year-over-year sales volume, price per square foot, and average sales price as guidelines when grading, the finalists include some of well-known enclaves as well as some that people might find surprising.

Top 5 Neighborhoods for Detached Homes

Clayton
