Catching up with Usaj Realty’s Tori Bradley

Tori Bradley is an incredibly savvy real estate agent local to Denver, Colorado. Her positive attitude is contagious and her attention to detail does not go unnoticed by the home buyers and sellers who she expertly guides. A recent client said this after working with Tori: “Tori did a fantastic job navigating all aspects of our whirlwind purchase and closing. It was very reassuring how effectively she stayed on top of every detail from the beginning to closing. Thanks, Tori for all your hard work!”

We recently sat down with Tori to catch us up on her biggest life moments in the last year and some advice for Denver home buyers.

What brought you to Denver originally and what do you enjoy most about living here?

I originally came to Colorado to attend college at CU Boulder. I loved being here and naturally moved to Denver after I graduated. Being from San Diego, I loved that the atmosphere in Colorado was very similar with a lot of outdoor activities to do. I just traded the beach for the mountains!

You recently had a big life moment and changed your last name! Mrs. Tori Bradley! Tell us about that!

Yes! At the end of July, I got married. We had our wedding in a small town in Montana and it truly was one of the best days of our lives. We were so happy we could celebrate with our friends and family.  I met Max in college and am so excited to spend our lives together. We just got back from our honeymoon in Kauai!

Do you have any pearls of wisdom for people currently buying a home?

Have patience and trust the process! It is one of the most exciting purchases of your life. Interest rates are still low and although you may be hearing homes are flying off the market really quickly when you work with me, I will equip you with the best digital tools to find you your dream home, and my team and I will help you make it yours!

What is one quote you love that has always stuck with you?

“Go the extra mile. It’s never crowded.” I love this quote because I always believe in going above and beyond for my clients. It might take work but it makes a world of difference to the person you are helping. I also run every morning so I like that connection.

What book have you read recently that you’d recommend?

Never Split the Difference is a fantastic book by Chris Voss.
