Where are you from originally and what brought you to Denver?
I grew up in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. My dad lives in Castle Rock and I always loved Colorado whenever I visited him so I made the move to Denver post-college.
What do you enjoy most about living in Denver?
I love that you have all the bigger city opportunities and venues with easy accessibility to the mountains too! Best of both worlds.
Have you had other careers before becoming a real estate broker?
Yes; I was a criminal defense investigator and then a private investigator for 7 years prior to real estate.
How did you become interested in real estate?
I’ve always had a strong interest in the real estate market and interior design. I love building relationships with people and real estate aligned well with my personality, interests, and skill set
What can a home buyer or seller expect when they work with you?
They can expect a high level of responsiveness, involvement, and advocacy from me as an agent, with some fun & laughs along the way.
Complete this sentence. If you really, really knew me, you would know that…?
While I take my job seriously, I don’t take myself too seriously ☺
Give us a snapshot of an ordinary moment in your life that brings you great joy.
Enjoying the mountain views on my daily walk with my dogs & husband on the open space trail by our house.
Describe your perfect weekend.
Going on a morning hike, and paddle boarding or playing pickleball afterward if it’s nice out. Then try out a new restaurant and end the evening at a Nuggets game or Red Rocks show.
What is your favorite Denver area neighborhood and why?
Berkeley Highlands- I lived in this area for a year and loved the home styles in this neighborhood, the easy accessibility to I70 for getting to the mountains quickly, and how many fun shops/bars/restaurants are walkable on Tennyson St and also 32nd.
What’s the most memorable place you’ve visited?
Italy – Tuscany & the Amalfi Coast are places straight out of a postcard!
What do you enjoy most about being a real estate agent?
I love how often I’m able to meet new people from all walks of life and help them build wealth through real estate.
